You can call or email to schedule an appointment, or to discuss your interest or questions about therapy.  If I do not have availability or if you may need a therapist with different expertise, I can help connect you with another provider. When leaving a message please indicate the times that are best to reach you. 

At present I am doing virtual and in person sessions, please let me know your preference when calling.


Insurance and Payment

Currently I am in network with Aetna, Highmark Blue Shield, Medicare, Tricare, and Optum (United Healthcare).  Some out of area Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans are also accepted. Please call your plan to confirm that I am in their provider network.  I accept cash, check, and credit cards as payment. Sliding scale fees are offered for patients who have insurance that I am not in network with, have no insurance, or who need financial assistance.
